The place is clean and offers a straightforward breakfast with decent options to fuel your day exploring the mountains. You can't beat the prime location right next to the Rendelbahn lift, easily visible from the train station, and it’s a short walk to the Galzig lift, which is fantastic for anyone in the mood for skiing.
The rooms could use a mini-fridge or kettle—trying to keep drinks cold on the balcony isn’t ideal, especially for families. the Wi-Fi performance is hit or miss, which can be a hassle if you need to stay connected.

the shower gel was finished, which is just unacceptable in a hotel of this caliber. not to mention the room was rather dated and tired-looking. i also expected a warm welcome gift, but it seems they reserve such gestures for others. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t. really disappointing.

Perfect spot for a ski trip
Just spent 8 nights in a cozy room with a fab balcony. Loved chilling at the lively bar with a bunch of friendly folks. The location is seriously unbeatable, right by the lifts! Got a set lunch at a local place—steak toast was delish! Only thing? The Wi-Fi could've been better. Otherwise, a great stay!

The hotel impresses with its prime location, just steps away from the lift and train station. Robert's attentive service truly stands out. he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great New Year’s celebration. While the room was clean and cozy, the lack of a fridge and limited breakfast options were missed. The bar atmosphere added a nice touch, being popular among locals but still maintaining a relaxed vibe.
