the shower gel was finished, which is just unacceptable in a hotel of this caliber. not to mention the room was rather dated and tired-looking. i also expected a warm welcome gift, but it seems they reserve such gestures for others. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t. really disappointing.

The check-in process was seamless, the service was attentive and efficient, the bar atmosphere was lively – truly a delightful experience!
